How far in advance do I need to book?
You can make a booking the day before if we are available, however on-line bookings require 48 hrs notice so please give us a call/text on 07801 535687 to see if we can help.
How to pay?
Once you have made a booking (whether on-line, by phone or messaging service) we will send you a confirmation email that will include our bank details so that you can pay your 25% booking fee by bank transfer. The remaining 75% of the booking amount (plus any travel costs) are then payable on the day in cash only (we don't take cards or cheques). Alternatively you can pay the full amount by bank transfer in one go or you can clear your balance any time by bank transfer up to 2 days before your booking. Just be sure to quote your surname and booking reference so we can be 100% sure who's made the payment.

How many children should I invite when hiring a Bouncy Castle or Soft Play?
We recommend being guided by the max number of children allowed at any one time on your chosen inflatable. So for example if the bouncy castle states a maximum of 8 children at any one time (this is stated at the top of the bouncy castle product page) then perhaps as a guide you could invite approximately 16 children as they won't all be on the bouncy castle at the same time and you may have other things arranged also like games, disco music or crafts to keep the children occupied. In all instances the inflatable needs to be supervised at all times to make sure over-crowding doesn't occur as this is one of the most common reasons for accidents.
Do you set everything up and pack it all away too?
Yes we set it everything up for you ready to go. We promise that anything you hire will also be clean and in very good condition. For all bouncy castle and soft play hire please allow at least ....

How much do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery for 'Hire Only' equipment is free to some postcodes shown in our delivery areas. If we are able to deliver outside of those areas then the delivery cost to you will be double that shown in the booking process as we make the journey twice, once to drop off and then to collect.
How much extra space do your inflatables need
This is determined by the size of the inflatable you are hiring. You can find the sizes required on the product pages. In addition to this you will need clearance space around the inflatable..

What is the maximum age for users?
Our soft plays are for the under 5's.
Children only inflatables are for up to 12 year olds.
For our adult inflatables there is no age restriction.
Can inflatables go indoors?
Yes, so long as it's ok with the venue owners and the venue is big enough to not just allow for the dimensions of the inflatable but also for a safe space around it as described above.
What surfaces can your inflatables be secured to?
Outdoors - ON REAL GRASS ONLY (12" pegs are used to secure them down)
Indoors - Hard surface (sand bags are used to secure them down)
We CAN'T secure our inflatables outside onto a patio, driveway or astro turf etc. 167kg of weight is required on EVERY anchor point of the bouncy castle to ensure that it is sufficiently weighted down and therefore using 25kg sandbags is not sufficient.
Can we hire an inflatable over-night?
Yes, so long as...
a. You have a secure garden with 6 foot trees or walls and a lockable gate.
b. It will be locked inside a venue over-night.
Collection will be early the following morning unless you're hiring the inflatable for multiple days.
What do I need to supply?
We supply most things you need. All you will need to provide is a 240 volts mains power supply within 50 metres of the location of the inflatable. If this is not possible then a generator will be needed. This can be supplied by us at extra cost or you can provide one yourself, but we ask that it has been tested in advance and that someone is there ready to hook it up for us when we arrive.
We kindly ask you leave a clear path so we can get your inflatable to where it needs to be. Most of our inflatables are transported with a sack trolley so a 2.5ft width is enough clearance.
Please inform us of any steps or steep slopes.
A clear space for your inflatable that's free from garden furniture, toys and pet poops.
You will need your own device with a music playlist to plug into/bluetooth to our music system if hiring a disco inflatable.
